Do you want to implement an ERP, CRM or MES but aren't sure which one fits?

Choosing an ERP, CRM or MES

Every vendor shows you a perfect demo. We help you define what you really need, compare objectively and choose the solution that fits your processes and your people.

The problem

Implementing an ERP, CRM or MES is one of the most expensive and risky decisions a mid-sized company makes. Demos look great, references are hand-picked, and quotes are not comparable. The most common failure is not technical but a mismatch between the system and the real way of working – discovered only during implementation.

Our approach

We are vendor-independent. Our role is to represent you in the selection process:

  1. Process diagnosis – how you work today, where the real problems are, what the system must solve (and what it must not).
  2. Functional requirements – written as processes and concrete scenarios from your company, not generic feature lists.
  3. Vendor shortlist – based on fit with your industry, size and budget.
  4. Scripted demos – every vendor runs the same scenarios of yours, on your data, scored with a common grid.
  5. 5-year total cost analysis (licences, implementation, customisation, maintenance, internal effort) and a reasoned recommendation.
  6. Optionally, support during contracting and implementation – on your side.

How it differs by industry

  • Discrete manufacturing: focus on planning, BOM and routings, production order tracking, MES/equipment integration.
  • Food processing: lot traceability, catch-weight management, yields, shelf life.
  • Distribution: WMS, picking, courier and marketplace integration, lot and location management.
  • Services: CRM, projects, timesheets and activity-based invoicing.

What you get

A decision you can explain and defend, a contract with clear requirements and a much lower implementation risk.
